Our goal at Juris Consulting USA is to make sure our clients are happy. This policy describes our refund and cancellation policies. Please take a close look at it.
1. Policy for Cancellations
Consultation Appointments: At least 24 hours prior to the booked appointment, cancellations must be made. There can be a cancellation fee if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.
Service Agreements: Each individual service agreement specifies the terms of cancellation for continuing services. Services usually demand a written cancellation notice of 30 days.
Policy for No-Shows: Fees for that session might not be refunded if you miss an appointment and don’t give enough notice.
2. Policy for Refunds
Consultation Fees: There is no reimbursement for fees paid for finished consultations. A complete refund will be given if a consultation is cancelled within the allotted notification time.
